Dani is a an East Asian Economics major at Columbia. She currently works at Scout Ventures (seed-stage venture firm) and 37 Angels (a women-run angel investment network) while simultaneously covering tech for Impulse (Columbia’s leading entrepreneurship blog). She is also an incoming summer analysts for HSBC’s domestic M&A team. Owing to her major, she closely follows global macroeconomic trends with a focus on social, political, and financial trends in China and the United States. Though Dani has a technical background in investment banking, real estate and business development, she is most passionate about entrepreneurship and tech. As a result, she can be found chatting with founders at pitch forums and investor panels around the city.
